Delete your Dream account

You can delete your Dream account at any time. Dream is operated by Nano Advanced Services Limited, a company incorporated in Hong Kong, and this page applies to the Dream app on Google Play and to the Dream web app.

In the Dream app

1. Open the Dream app and sign in.
2. Go to Settings and choose Delete account.
3. Confirm it is you when the app asks, and confirm the deletion.

On the web

1. Sign in to the Dream web app at app.thedream.cards.
2. Go to Account → Security and choose Delete Account.
3. Confirm the deletion.

If you cannot sign in

Email Privacy@thedream.cards from the email address on your account, with the subject “Account deletion”. You can also reach us through our contact page. We will confirm that the request comes from you before we act on it, and we will reply within the period required by applicable law.

Before you delete

• Move any money out of your Dream balance.
• Close your cards, and make sure none still holds a balance.

The app and the web app tell you if either of these is still needed. If an account cannot be deleted in the app or on the web, please contact us as described above.

What happens when you delete your account

• You are signed out on every device, and we delete your sign-in history, your registered devices and your passkeys straight away.
• We will only retain what the law obligates us to keep, and we delete everything else.

Deletion cannot be undone. To use Dream again, you would need to apply for a new account.
