Dream is a premium-lifestyle card program operated by Nano Advanced Services Limited, a company incorporated in Hong Kong (“Dream”, “we”, “us” or “our”). These terms govern your use of this website and your registration of interest in the Dream card. By using this website or submitting your information, you agree to these terms. They are not an offer of credit or a guarantee that a card will be issued.

1. Nature of the program

Dream is a premium-lifestyle card issued on Visa Signature rails through regulated card-issuing and banking partners. Cards are funded exclusively by screened, identity-verified top-ups converted to fiat. Dream is a standalone brand, independent of any single venue or operator.

Dream does not facilitate anonymous transactions. All funding activity is subject to identity verification, screening and ongoing monitoring.

2. Eligibility, verification & approval

Registering your interest does not create a membership or entitle you to a card. Card issuance is subject to full identity verification (KYC), source-of-funds verification, sanctions and politically-exposed-person screening, eligibility criteria and final approval. We may decline any application, and may suspend or close an account, where required by law or our risk and compliance policies. We may decline an application at our discretion to the extent permitted by law.

3. Fees, limits & benefits

The fees, limits, rewards, tier benefits and concierge service levels that apply to your card are set out in the member agreement and related documents provided to you before a card is issued. Nothing on this website is a binding statement of pricing, limits or benefits, and the member agreement prevails in the event of any inconsistency.

4. Card network & acceptance

Dream is accepted wherever Visa Signature is welcomed. Any reference on this website to specific venues or destinations describes acceptance locations only and does not imply endorsement, partnership or sponsorship beyond the factual acceptance relationship.

5. Use of this website

You may use this website for lawful, personal purposes only. You agree not to misuse it — for example by attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation or security, submitting false information, scraping or harvesting data, or using it in breach of applicable law. We may suspend or restrict access to protect the website and our members.

6. Intellectual property

The Dream name, logo, site design, text and imagery are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or use them without our prior written consent. Visa and Visa Signature are trademarks of Visa Inc.; all other marks referenced are the property of their respective owners.

7. No advice; no warranty

This website is provided for general information on an “as is” and “as available” basis. It does not constitute financial, tax, legal or other professional advice, and you should not rely on it as such. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, regarding this website and its content, including accuracy, availability and fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dream will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

9. Governing law

These terms, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or this website, are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections available to you under your local law.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of this website after an update means you accept the revised terms.
